Peggy – Dental Implant Smile Transformation

Peggy: Fear is a totally terrible thing. You have breakout moments, but now, I don’t have to wait. I can smile to whoever I want to, with whoever I want to, wherever I want to.

I would have to say that going out and being in groups of people, when you’re in the public or helping people, you want to smile at them because it makes them feel better, too, but I was holding myself back. I wasn’t being as friendly as I could be. The line of business I got into on my own, I needed to be friendly. I needed to lift people up. I needed to smile more.

I was scrolling through Facebook and saw an ad for Bluegrass Dentistry. I said, “You know what? I’m going to fill out this questionnaire.” The next thing I know, I got a phone call, came in, and met with Tracy. We just went from there, and it spiraled. I was like, “Okay, I’m going to do this. If she’s willing to work with me, I’m going to do this.”

What a lot of people don’t understand is your dental health has a lot to do with your physical health and your mental health. You can’t put a price on those two things. By taking this step for myself and I can encourage others to do it, your mental health improves, your physical health improves, the payments are less than a car payment, payments are much less than rent, much less than groceries now, but it’s worth it to get the healthy, happy you.

I have to be honest and say there was no pain, and I looked good. I can smile at you, and it feels natural.

When you’re always put down, always made fun of, even though your heart tells you it’s not true, your mind says, “Oh, maybe they’re right. Maybe I don’t deserve a smile. Maybe I don’t deserve to be happy,” but now, I’m here to say, “Yeah, look at me now.” It’s priceless, well worth it.

Don’t let fear control you. The fear of the procedure, the fear of the pain, and the fear of the cost, because everything can be worked out to make you a better you.
